If the item you received is faulty, defective or the incorrect item, Subella baby must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the parcel if you wish to return them. The goods must then be received at Subella baby boutique before your said party date. No items will be exchanged after your party/function date. We do not offer ANY REFUNDS, only credit or exchange on items unless the item was faulty.
Only once the item has been returned to the studio unopened, and unused will the refund/exchange be processed with in 5 working days.
*If you insist you do not want the product the buyer is liable for courier cost incurred when returning items. It is strongly recommended to use recorded delivery services as Subella baby will not be liable for any returns lost in the post. Refund will only be given once product has returned to the studio.
* Personalised/Rush and custom made orders are NON REFUNDABLE even if its delivered after your due date. Please order long in advance to avoid late delivery! If you order late you take the risk on yourself, while we will try our best to deliver before your urgent due date there is always a chance that something can go wrong with our suppliers/courier!
All items are sewn and made up by a dedicated team just for you when you place your order. Subella baby will not be liable for items you have ordered in the wrong size. Please use our size guideline when placing an order or contact us for more detail. Our sizes are standard with the Woolworths brand of children’s clothing so please order in the size your child would wear from this line of clothing.
All our products are proudly sewn and made at our Cape Town studio.
Please note that some shades of colour and fabric might be different to what is displayed on your device or computer screen as all computer screens have different colour calibrations. Subella baby will always endeavour to giving you the correct colour but cannot be held liable for slight variations in garment/print/thread colour.
